HEKLA tower

This tower designed by the architect Jean Nouvel is characterised by the interplay of different surfaces on its three main facades. It is over 220m high and its superstructure comprises 48 levels.

GAMACO worked alongside the Vinci Construction group, from the tender phase, to propose and design an optimal technical solution for building the floors: post-tensioned UBOOT floors.

The plans are being drawn up, and they feature complex geometry for the floors and no repetitions in the structures, given the architecture of the facades. The total surface area of the planned floors amounts to 65,000m².
